When it comes to a classic like fried chicken, there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of options. One celebrated local spot is Champy’s, known for their crispy and flavorful juicy chicken (and kitschy rustic decor). I enjoyed celebrating my birthday a week early with my brother and sister-in-law and enjoyed my chicken strips with their house dipping sauce and a side of their crispy fries.
