Honey Garlic Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)

Cut chicken into bite-sizes pieces and saute in oil until golden. Remove from pan and add onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant. Reduce heat and stir in remaining ingredients, including more salt and pepper as needed. Heat until bubbling; remove from heat and add chicken back in, stirring to coat. Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
