A new chain opened recently and we had the opportunity to visit while in the area for haircuts after work. I ❤️ Mac & Cheese is just what it sounds like: a celebration of all things macaroni & cheese. Their specialties are mac & cheese bowls and mac & cheese grilled cheese sandwiches. You can choose one of their specials or build your own. The creation is similar to Subway, with you being able to choose your base, your sauce, and your toppings. The concept is interesting, and the results are tasty; the prices ($12 for most sandwiches and $13 for most bowls) are kind of a lot, but worth it for an occasional visit. I really enjoyed the mac & cheese bites I got as my side, and I plan to try their tomato soup on my next visit!
