Korean Cheese Corn

This Korean-American dish was the perfect side for Bulgogi Beef on a rainy Father’s Day evening at home.

  • 1 pkg frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gochujang [red pepper sauce]
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Stir all ingredients together and bake 15-20 minutes until bubbling. If desired, place under broiler to allow top to brown slightly.
