- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 sticks butter, softened

- 1 tsp vanilla
Dry:
- 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour

These are crisp on the bottom, pillowy on top, lightly sweet and buttery good!

This was my offering for Cookie Club 2025; the theme was “Rooms of the House” and I chose the laundry room (so the cookies are decorated to look like laundry pods). I packaged them in small collapsible “laundry baskets” and included a pair of Christmas socks!

They look SO yummy!

They actually were, although I think they don’t look like much. I’m just glad the other ladies liked them!

I actually think they look really cute — definitely like pillowy cookies, but with a cute, colorful theme. The rare “pod” that it’s actually safe to eat! (I wonder if there’s a way to make them more squared off to be even more pod-like? Then again, you’ll probably never get that theme again.)
Nomnomnom.

It was a last-minute Hail Mary — my original plan didn’t work 😳 But I’m honored to have you comment on my post!
