Corona Bread

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bottle Corona (or any other beer), 12 oz
  • 1/2 stick butter

Stir dry ingredients together; pour in beer and stir until mostly combined. Coat inside of loaf pan with butter; add dough to pan and pat out evenly. Melt remaining butter and pour over top of loaf. Bake 375 degrees 45-50 minutes, until desired goldeness and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
