TikTok Ramen Lasagna

Yes, I did it. Yes, it was yummy. Yes, I put my own spin on it.

For each serving, you will need:

  • 1 pkg instant ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Using a table knife, split each brick of ramen in half horizontally (you should be able to see a place where it divides naturally), making 2 square layers about 3/4″ thick. Set aside or toss seasoning packets, and save any tiny broken noodle pieces. Spray casserole dish or pie plate with cooking spray and lay half of the ramen layers down. Top each with half the sauce (covering the noodles), half the Parmesan, the ricotta, and half the seasoning. Place the corresponding ramen layers on top, pressing down lightly to spread the ricotta, and repeat layers of sauce and Parmesan. Sprinkle with broken noodle pieces, mozzarella, and remaining Italian seasoning. Slowly pour in enough water to cover the bottom of the dish (but not make your lasagna float) 😜 Cover with foil and bake at 350⁰ for 30 minutes; uncover and bake until browned and bubbly, maybe 10 minutes. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
