Roasted Sesame Broccoli and Carrots

  • 2 bags (10-12 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame (or other) oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
Spread vegetables evenly in single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over, then drizzle with oil and soy sauce. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. This pairs well with my Mongolian Beef.
