“SideTrack”ed Dining

We were excited to learn of a new restaurant that opened just this week, in a building that has been 3 different previous restaurants in less than 10 years. (The new owner has several other successful restaurants in the area, so I think this one will be here a while!)

SideTrack features a large wood-fire grill, where everything from pizza to chicken to whole trout is cooked to perfection. They are starting with a small menu, and plan to add more items as time goes on; we both ordered chicken, but I was able to peek at the tables around us to see other items, and everything looked amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed out dinner and will definitely return soon!
