One of our favorite places to shop and eat is Bread and Butter. This company started as a traveling stand at local farmer’s markets, and eventually opened a year ago (in a former Baskin Robbins!) They bake a variety of breads, cookies, and sweet and savory pastries, and sell a wide selection of locally-produced goods of all kinds. Our favorite time to visit is Sunday mornings on the way to church, where hubby usually gets their giant cinnamon roll and I get the breakfast pocket (pastry filled with sausage, egg, cheese, potato, and maple syrup) or the sourdough bagel sandwich. Our Labradog is especially fond of their Benton’s Bacon dog treats!
