- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bottle Corona (or any other beer), 12 oz
- 1/2 stick butter
Stir dry ingredients together; pour in beer and stir until mostly combined. Coat inside of loaf pan with butter; add dough to pan and pat out evenly. Melt remaining butter and pour over top of loaf. Bake 375 degrees 45-50 minutes, until desired goldeness and toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Haha this is amazing. While the page was loading I was literally like what is this? And then again the line about corona beer got me like okay she is talking about the beer, I get it now. Lovely recipe. Now I am imagining how many restaurants would be revamping their menus with different recipes with the name Corona with it.
