This is not official, or even exact; but it is darn tasty and stupid easy ❤️🤍💚
- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine noodles, cooked all dente and drained
- 1 stick butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 pint half and half
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shaved or grated Parmesan (not the “green can”) – 1 5 oz container
- Very finely ground black pepper to taste
Heat all ingredients except Parmesan at a simmer until incorporated and fragrant, stirring often. Remove from heat and whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Serve over noodles.
