This is not official, or even exact; but it is darn tasty and stupid easy ❤️🤍💚
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine noodles, cooked all dente and drained
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup shaved or grated Parmesan (not the “green can”)
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Melt butter, then stir in cream cheese; when melted, stir in milk and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan. Serve over noodles.
