“OG” Fettuccine Alfredo

This is not official, or even exact; but it is darn tasty and stupid easy β€οΈπŸ€πŸ’š

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine noodles, cooked all dente and drained
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup shaved or grated Parmesan (not the “green can”)
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Melt butter, then stir in cream cheese; when melted, stir in milk and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan. Serve over noodles.

I served this with seared scallops. Delicioso!
