The Soup Diva

Here in Chattanooga, we have a good number of authentic restaurants to choose from [with a few glaring exceptions — someone please bring us cuisine from the African continent!] Today, we had a late lunch at Nick’s Deli, a local New York deli with great artisan sandwiches and sides. The Reuben and its companion the Twisted Reuben are the ones to beat for all delis (even hubby, the self-proclaimed Reuben connossieur, said so) and sandwich shops in town, and the smoked potato salad was divine. We’ll be there often now that quarantine restrictions have been lifted!
