Tortellizza Casserole

This is comfort food on steroids — the creaminess of macaroni and cheese and the stretchy goodness of pepperoni pizza, all in one dish.

  • 1 pkg cheese tortellini (16-20 oz)
  • 1 small tub whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 oz or so pasta or pizza sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside. In same pot, heat milk, cream cheese, and cheddar jack cheese on medium until smooth; stir in tortellini. Spray 13 x 9 x 2 pan and spoon in half of tortellini and drizzle with half of pasta sauce. Add a layer of pepperoni and half of mozzarella. Repeat layers and sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake at 350⁰ for 25-30 minutes. Allow to sit until bubbling stops before serving.

This began as a Pinterest recipe, but I did my Soup Diva thing to it and made it my own!
