- 1 small container plain fat-free Greek yogurt (4-5 oz)
- ½ cup feta cheese (4 oz)
- 3 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh removed
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ sweet onion, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp jarred jalapenos (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients except salt in food processor or blender. Taste and add salt as needed (feta adds a good amount of salt by itself). Serve with pita chips.
