Avocado Feta Dip

  • 1 small container plain fat-free Greek yogurt (4-5 oz)
  • ½ cup feta cheese (4 oz)
  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh removed
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ½ sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp jarred jalapenos (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Blend all ingredients except salt in food processor or blender. Taste and add salt as needed (feta adds a good amount of salt by itself). Serve with pita chips.
