In my quest to learn as much as I can about my new Instant Pot and posting questions on social media, a friend shared a class being taught at a local creative center. The Chattery is a group that organizes and hosts classes on nearly any subject imaginable, but especially the creative arts – crafts, cooking, textiles, paper arts, etc. It’s located in the Chattanooga Workspace, a building that offers space for groups like The Chattery or for one-time events. The class was called “No Pressure: Instant Pot 101,” and was taught by local blogger Mary of Chattavore. She demonstrated 3 delicious dishes, in addition to showing how this magical appliance works and answering questions. I highly recommend this class to anyone local, and her blog to everyone everywhere!
