Buffalo Ranch Comeback Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (I used Shallot & Chive)
  • 2-4 tbsp hot sauce (Frank’s or local favorite Hoff)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp milk (only if needed to thin)
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Whisk together and store until ready to serve. For chip dip, eliminate mayonnaise and milk.

I made this for our quarantine “Super Bowl Party of Two.” It was delicious with some popcorn chicken bites! (For non-Buffalo flavored sauce, use equivalent amount of ketchup with a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce.)
