- 16 oz finely shredded cheese (I used cheddar, but anything will work)
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp bourbon (can also use brandy)
- 1-2 tsp hot sauce
Place cheeses in medium-sized microwave bowl and heat on high 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Transfer to serving container and chill at least an hour; can be made up to a week in advance! Serve with crackers, bread slices, vegetables, or anything that could use a little boozy cheese 😏

This would also work well as a cheese ball; form into a ball and coat with nuts. Leftovers make a killer cheese sauce for pasta; stir into hot cooked pasta and add a little milk.
