- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp dried blueberries or 1/4 cup frozen
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups ice
Stir together oats and water (add dried blueberries if using) and microwave 90 seconds on high. Pour into blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until ice is fully incorporated (1 1/2 to 2 minutes in my blender).
