Breakfast “Choat” Pudding

I can’t believe it took me so long to try chia seeds. They add a richness and loads of fiber, keeping you full all morning. This breakfast pudding is hearty with a nice texture and perfect level of sweetness; however, adjust sweetener and liquid to suit your preferences. Make as much as you want, it will keep in the fridge at least a week.

For each one-cup serving, you will need:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp molasses, maple syrup, or honey

Stir together in container; cover and refrigerate overnight (or longer). Stir before devouring.

It doesn’t look appetizing; but it totally is.
