One of the effects of the coronavirus pandemic has been extended delays in the opening of new businesses. An example of this is Monkey Town Brewing Company, which spent much of the past 2 years in renovations. When it finally opened last month, we were eager to check out this local brewery, bar, and restaurant.
In addition to unique brews, MTBC serves freshly-prepared and unique appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees. We are already big fans!
