Becky’s Crock Pot Corn

  • 32 oz frozen corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Up to 1/4 cup milk (only if needed)

Pour corn into large slow cooker. Melt butter in microwave; stir in sugar, cream cheese, seasonings, and cornstarch. Pour over corn and heat on low until cooked thoroughly (2 hours on low, 1 hour on high). Add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if it looks dry. Can half recipe for small crock pot.

My former coworker Becky shared her version of this recipe with me after she brought it to a potluck. It was so popular that people were scraping the dish!
