- 32 oz frozen corn
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Up to 1/4 cup milk (only if needed)
Pour corn into large slow cooker. Melt butter in microwave; stir in sugar, cream cheese, seasonings, and cornstarch. Pour over corn and heat on low until cooked thoroughly (2 hours on low, 1 hour on high). Add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if it looks dry. Can half recipe for small crock pot.
