Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, minced
  • 2-4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • Chopped chives to garnish (optional)
Stir or mix all ingredients together, adding milk to desired texture. Chill until ready to serve. Spread on crackers, bagel chips, baguette, pita, or just eat straight from the spoon.
