- 4-5 lb pork loin
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses or honey
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano (can also use rosemary or basil if preferred)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Place pork in slow cooker and season all over with salt and pepper. Sprinkle other seasonings on top. In measuring cup, stir together all other ingredients. Pour over pork and cook all day on low if unattended or 4 hours on high if able to monitor; spoon sauce over pork and keep on warm until ready to serve.

I realized after I adapted this recipe from Pinterest that it is very similar to my Honey Balsamic Chicken and Vegetables. I guess that’s why it was so tasty! 😁
