An 8⁰F Spring Day

For our Girls’ Day this month, my friend Jamie took me to 8⁰F Ice Cream, a rolled ice cream parlor. To make their custom blend flavors, additions are chopped on an 8⁰ cold slab and then the cream mixture is poured over and allowed to freeze solid before being rolled up and placed in a cup. Then they add up to 3 toppings. Jamie ordered Strawberry Shawty with strawberries, strawberry syrup, and chocolate syrup on top, while I got Ferrero (graham crackers and Nutella) with sliced almonds and white chocolate syrup on top. Yummy!
