Since our beloved Mikado Thai Esan changed owners (and ethnicities), we decided to try a new restaurant in the same area. Chopstix calls itself a Viet Bistro, and it really has that feel. The decor is elegant but not “fancy,” and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will return soon!
