Asian Slaw

Crunchy bits:

  • 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded (or 2 bags angel hair cole slaw)
  • 6 green onions, diced
  • ½ cup toasted sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)


  • ¼ cup oil (sesame preferred)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime (optional)

Combine each set of ingredients separately. When ready to serve, toss together.
