- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup dried herbs (I used cilantro, dill, and parsley)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of black pepper (optional)
Place all ingredients in Instant Pot; cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. Use Natural Release for at least 10 minutes; Quick Release when ready to serve. Fluff with fork if needed.
