Although this Brazilian steakhouse chain has been in town for several years, we enjoyed our first meal here tonight as our special celebration of the new year (we had a voucher that was only valid on weeknights so we couldn’t use it for NYE). It lived up to the hype, with authentic Brazilian sides, full salad bar, and “gauchos” with skewers of meat, fish, and pineapple ready to slice at your table. My favorite was the top sirloin, and hubby liked the garlic steak and the whitefish. We tried everything and got the meat sweats!
