I wrote this post about the garlic chili sauce that our friend John recommended, which now finds its way into nearly every Asian dish we cook. Since our trip to Canada, we now have a 2nd favorite thing: Montreal steak seasoning. This seasoning blend is so versatile, it can be used in most instances calling for seasoned salt or even when salt + pepper + garlic powder are indicated. It is now a staple in our spice rack and we will never be without it!
